Hello Everyone!!

My name is Hena and I LOVE ZUMBA FITNESS!!

Thanks to Zumba I have managed to get fit and tone my body in to shape - This fitness programme has really CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!

Most of you will agree that going to the gym, swimming, boxing and running can be BORIIIIINNNNNGGGG!! Zumba Fitness is different and it really is "Exercise in Disguise!!". It is soooo much fun and you don't even realise that you are working out!!

The easy to follow steps, the latin inspired moves, the energetic classes and the fantastic music will make you want to come back for more!! It is a great way to get your friends and family together as it caters to EVERYONE!!!

Look out for my Zumbatomic classes designed specifically for children. I can guarantee your children will LOVE to become Zumba Stars too!!
