Zumba® is an easy to follow, calorie burning, exhilarating dance fitness party! It blends red hot Latin rhythms with other international music to give you a workout like you've never experienced before! It is suitable for all ages (min 16) and abilities; you control how much energy you use. Why not try out one of my classes:

Wednesdays - Holland on Sea Public Hall, Frinton Road - 8.15 - 9.15pm

Thursdays - Brinkley Grove Primary School, Rawlings Crescent, Colchester - 6.30 - 7.30 pm

Saturdays - Holland on Sea Public Hall - 10.00 - 11.00am - From 28th January 2012

£4 per class

Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear (gym wear and trainers are fine) and bring water and a towel.
