A particular sequence of postures (selected from the ancient Pravesh and Parachay asana group) and breathing exercises, specifcally designed to deliver effective weight loss and regulation results.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Working with the Primary Sequence, classes will strengthen and tone muscles, correct posture and stamina, regulate weight, sharpen focus, calm the mind, heighten flexibility, improve internal organ functions
Yoga Sopan (Yoga Therapy)
Classes specifical tailored to your needs to help relieve physical complaints such as back pain, head aches, insomnia, high blood pressure
Indian Head Massage
A traditional Indian treatment from the ancient Ayurvedic school of medicine, India Head Massage is an effective way to relieve physical and mental tension, relaxing the body and calming the mind. Fantastic for promoting hair growth, improving skin condition, and relieving stress related complaints such as insomnia and various gatsro-intestinal issues
ALL treatments and classes are priced at £30 per hour

PRACTITIONER BIOGRAPHY
Nikita has been practicing yoga since 2005. Her practice flourished in 2007 when she discovered a passionate and sincere love for Ashtanga yoga, which brought balance and equanimity to her life. Over the years, she has explored many types of yoga, and has trained under many teachers from all over the world including teacher training courses with David Swenson (US) and Gadhar Mandlik (Yoga Point India).
In addition to the science of yoga, Nikita has studied pranayama, mantra, shatkarmas and meditation at Yoga Vidya Gurukul; Ayurvedic massage at Londons College of Naturopathic Medicine; and also has a BA Hons in English Literature and Dance from De Montfort University, UK.
Focused on shifting collective consciousness with yoga, Nikita spreads happiness and light through the yogic understanding of balance between our physical, mental, energetic and emotional reality.
