X pole xpert static and spinning modes. Used maybe four times. Selling due to house move.sometimes the x joint rotates within the pole but can't be noticed while training and has never caused me any problems. i think i wasn't tightening it enough when training. I can send it through a courier for about £10.

It all comes in the original x pole bags for carrying with the original tools.

As of the 5/6/2012 i still have the pole.
