Wrestling practice (Olympic Freestyle, Greco and Submission) in Croydon every Saturday at Thornton Heath Leisure Centre, 100 The High Street Thornton Heath, London, CR7 8LF from 1045am - 1pm.

We offer a basic Grappling course for beginners or Coaching for the experienced and competitive wrestlers. Everyone welcome. Good sport for self defence, keep fit and leisure. Also for other close combatants who wants to improve their grappling techniques.
