6 week Baby Development Course - birth - 6mths
Massage and Yoga can be very beneficial to both baby and parent, giving you time to spend together bonding and getting to know one another. It has many benefits which include:-

-Relieving colic, digestive problems and teething pain
-Encouragment of baby's sleeping patterns
-Boosting baby's immune system
-Improving baby's co-ordination, circulation and body awareness
-It has also been shown to help those suffering from PND

During the Baby Development Course you will be shown simple strokes and techniques that you will be able to practise at home, The sessions will also involve multi-sensory play, tummy time activities, gentle exercises with music and other activity ideas in a relaxed, loving and fun environment.

The course is designed for you to gain the skills to sooth, interact and connect with your baby through the positive touch of massage, or helping them to stretch, relax and grow strong with yoga. Plus give lots of ideas of activities to do at home to help boost their development in a variety of ways.

Discovery Tots 8wks - crawling. Ongoing term time classes focusing mainly on Yoga, multi-sensory play and signing.

Social Tots - Crawling - 2yrs. Ongoing term time classes focsing on physical developments through yoga and movement, signing and multi-sensory play.
