Vectis Hauntings have pleasure in announcing the ultimate paranormal night. Join us for a meal and ghost hunt at The Wheatsheaf Pub, St Thomas Square, Newport on 22nd December 2012 from 7.30pm.

The event will feature a meal and chance to talk to pyschic medium Adam Hodges about his experiences when working for Gay Baldwin, share your paranormal experiences with Tracey and then take part in a paranormal investigation with the Vectis Hauntings team. The cost of the event is £39.00 per person to include a main meal with the team before the event.

A selective menu will be made available in the next few days. Please choice your meal and message us your choice through the paypal account. We will be asking for a non-refundable deposit of £5.00, with full payment to be made by no later than 16th December 2012. If you wish to pay in full before this date, that is not a problem.

The Wheatsheaf Hotel in St Thomas’s Square dates back to the 17th century and it was built in 1694. In 1831 a duel took place behind the bowling green at Carisbrooke Castle. This incident involved a Lieutenant John Blundell of the 101st Regiment who had only just got married. He was shot through the lung and spine and bought to the hotel by his bride Jane Till. She nursed him upstairs in room 12 unitl his death 2 days later.
