Choose from three routes – 25k green route – 45k red route – 75k blue route. All through beautiful Suffolk villages
There will be colour coded route markers on all routes

12 Marshal points, 1 Travelling Marshal, 3 feed stations, + First Aid at the feed stations. There will be a Cycle Mechanic available

HQ, registration and start between 08.30-11.00 at the Blackbourne Centre, Elmswell IP30 9UH
There is ample car parking at the centre. No dogs allowed on the playing field

Refreshments will be served at HQ throughout the event
