Hi I am an Events Co-ordinator for a charity run organisation called Leonard Cheshire Disability based in Bingham, Edinburgh. On Saturday 30th June 2012 we are holding our very own "Summer Fete" to help raise funds for our service users. Our fete will be held in Bingham/Jewel park this is based right at the foot of Bingham Drive (EH15 3BF) This will run from 11-3pm Rental for every stall will be £15 per space ( this will need to be paid in advance when booking is confirmed). You will be required to bring your own stall/tables/chairs. no electric will be supplied. Please be aware no toilets on site. No cars allowed in park, bring cars close to the park to unload then will have to be moved and park in local residential area. Stalls looking for- Jewellery candles soap handmade cards cupcakes Art work Bouncy caslte Face painter Any handmade items will be considered. There will also be a section set aside for bric-a-brac we also require people to book these spaces (£15) Set up from 10am must be cleard away by 4pm. if interested please get intouch ASAP to book your space or to ask any questions.. Advertisement will be by flyer drops in local housing estate, posters in local shops & businesses, ad on radio forth one. Many thanks for reading.
