Fellow soundcollisionettes & soundcollisionees, lovers of fine music, comrades moshers!

We have another fine night in the making – this is officially the last event before we break for summer holidays so come and make it count!

Now one year old I feel all mature and wise but there is still so much to learn about the Edinburgh music scene – there are tonnes of amazing bands emerging literally every day and while I would love to have them all back I have to stay true to the core belief of Sound Collision where we promise to bring you a wide variety of music giving a chance to anyone and everyone! Creating one of a kind events, focusing on quality rather than quantity.

I am really proud to present to you 3 awesome bands and an amazing solo artist ready to be soundcollisioned for the very first time! They have some grooves for you of the Folky Ska-Punk, Rock, Rock/Pop and the Alternative persuasion.

… and so without any further ado your Soundcollisioners for Saturday 15 June are:

RP Hack
Atypical songwriter that uses electric guitar to blend Elliot Smith with Grandaddy, Sparklehorse with Eels – uuuh I can’t wait! I very much admire solo artists and really look forward to RP opening the night for us.

The Saccharines
Catchy 3 piece rock band that have made me dance despite my high heels & sore feet. Get ready for those guys!

Another Blurry Photo
Brings you one groovy dance floor melting set in a style of Folky Ska-Punk – you just have to see those guys !

Tag Team Champion:
Prepare yourself for punchy alt pop rock full of beefy guitar riffs and solid drumming – I don’t think we could end the night on a better note.

So here you have it – do not miss it, come and say hi - support your local music scene - it really does matter!

Discounted tickets for this event( £3) are now available at www. soundcollisionevents. co. uk or at our box office in Coffee Home Internet Cafe on Leith Walk.

Also an amazing band Ded Rabbit is playing at the Jazz bar later on – if you feel like extending your music evening to music night come with me to support them.

Can’t wait to see you all.
R ‘n’ R & kisses
