Winter’s favourite root vegetables combined with a flavoursome broth and served with a crusty roll.
Stuffed Field Mushrooms
Field mushrooms stuffed with a red onion chutney and topped with grilled mozzarella cheese. Served on a tomato and basil pond.
Freshly carved turkey breast with roast potatoes, homemade apricot and walnut stuffing, seasonal vegetables and a sausage wrapped in bacon. Served with homemade stock gravy.
Fillet Of Salmon Doriane
Roasted salmon fillet served with new potatoes, salad and homemade prawn and cucumber sauce.
Roasted Root Vegetable Tart
Roasted winter vegetables on a cheddar, red onion and rosemary suet pastry with a honey and butter glaze. Served with roast potatoes and vegetables.
Traditional Christmas pudding with a choice of brandy sauce, custard, cream or ice cream.
