Moving students through a progressive sequence of postures, this is a physical class that generates a cleansing internal heat which detoxifies muscles and organs. Expect focus on breath and correct allignment and results that improve circulation, tone the body and calm the mind.

Small friendly studio, limited to 6 students. Pre-booking is a must, just £6.50 per class for limited time only.
