My training methods are simple. 1 Burn fat 2, increase lean muscle mass, 3 make training functional, fun and affordable. After 30 years of training and 15 years of coaching I have come to a conclusion: traditional cardio training has limited, or no effect on improving the shape of your body. My training tecniques are centred around functional training and metabolic resistance training. This means you push your metabolic rate up which is more effective at burning fat. The intensity of the workout will give your heart and lungs the workout they need. You will look great, feel great, and achieve the results you never thought possible. You will be flipping tyres, slamming hammers, pulling sleds, powabag training, running sprint shuttles, battle rope drills, circuits with and without weights, skipping, boxing, football hockey and rugby drills. You will get the training you need to get the results you want. if all that sounds a bit too much, do not worry, we will start out at your levels, and pick up the pace gradually. Training is £20 per hour. You can bring along a friend and train as a couple for £12.50 each. An initial assessment and consultation is free, this is where I get to see where to start your training from.
