Hi,

We Have A Studio/rehearsal Room On A Permanent Let In The Manor House/Stamford Hill Area, Ideally Suiting A Three Or Four Piece. We're Looking For Either A Trustworthy Band Or Drummer/songwriter To Share The Space For Preferably A Six Month Period. Room Is Decorated With A Black Cord Carpet, White Drapes On The Walls With A Sofa, Desk And Free Wi-fi Available. Room Contents Are Also Insured And You're Welcome To Leave Your Own Equipment There.

Ideal Setup Would Be An Even Split Of Pre-agreed Time Slots Where Each Of Us Can Use The Space Either In The Day Or Evening, To Suit You. There Is A 11:30pm Curfew In Force As The Building Is A Live/work Space For Numerous Bands, Some Of Whom Are Residents. Great Community Of Musicians Up There. PC, Mixer And Preamps Are In The Room And Available To Use.
