Marcin Baranski was born in Poland in 1971. He started practising Buddhism in 1993. Marcin has been Vicepresident of DD Association in Poland since 2007. As a child he acted in one famous Polish fairy tale movie for kids. He has MSc in computer science and works with business development in Telecom industry. He loves horse riding and traditional fencing.

In Oxford, he will be talking about practical teachings and meditation methods offered by Diamond Way Buddhism. The methods which emphasize working with mind to discover inner happiness for the benefit of all beings and ourselves, applicable to busy everyday life of lay people.
