Hello Everyone,

Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness class. Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. For both men and woman, It's easy and lot's of fun!

Classes;

The Wessex Hotel - West Cliff Road, Bournemouth BH2 5EU

Monday - 19.00 - 20.00pm

Thursday - 9.30 - 10.30am

No need to book, it's £5.00, just come along, bring your friends and join the party!
