2012 Platinum grade caravan. 3 bedroom caravan, 13 foot wide, 42 long. Caravan has central heating double glazing. There is a centre lounge a kitchen and dining area. There is a large master bedroom with king size bed, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. This located at one of the caravan. On the other side of the caravan are 2 other bedrooms ( 2 single beds and a double bed) and a bathroom with small bath and power shower. There is plenty of parking close tot he caravan. It is a very private part of the site. The gas and electric is free of charge .

The caravan has a flat screen LCD with built in DVD.

Large decking area to caravan, sun longers, patio table and chairs and bbq.

The caravan is located close to beach and shop. In a quite sunny location. and a few minute stroll to the entertainment centre.

Kiln park has many facilities. The indoor swimming pool has recently been refurbished. There is an heated outside pool and splash zone. Available is football coaching, crazy golf, archery, tennis court, entertainment clubs from infants to 16 plus. There is a Spar shop and off license on site and local garage.There is a large club house, papa John pizza and burger king. Many top acts appearing including Chicco.

The West Wales coast has so much to see and do. Heatherton , Folley Farm, Oakwood Park, Blue Stone.

I only rent to families or couples. This is a non smoking caravan and no pets.

I only rent for the summer holidays and I have 4 weeks left.
