Hello,

We would like to let you know about a brand-new gym in Belfast city centre
with brand-new RKC Kettlebell and Primal Move Classes!

HENCH - the gym with the VIBE!
HENCH is located in the heart of Belfast, a 2-minute walk from Primark
(5 College Court, BT1 6BS)
With its friendly atmosphere, professional specialist trainers and amazing location (you have to see the sunset from the windows!), it is going to be one of those places in Belfast you will be happy to be part of.

Here we will be running RKC-style kettlebell classes
on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:00
where beginners are most welcome
(...but as we really care for all of our clients health and wellbeing as well as want to ensure you have FUN during the classes, we ask you to complete a Kettlebell Booster Session if you never worked with kettlebells
here you can learn the very basic techniques of the Hardsyle Kettlebell Swing, so you can join in the classes straight away! - Booster times are flexible, get in touch about them!)

Primal Move Classes
On Wednesdays 18:30
If you have not moved for a long time: it's an excellent point to start
If you play a sport regularly: it's a system that will help you stay injury-free
If is all about good quality movement: it moves your entire body, all your joints, so you will learn to control your body and your movements
It helps you loose weight, with its low-impact but high intensity moves
