The health and social care sector covers a range of services across a range of organisations within the public, private and voluntary sectors, including hospitals, hospices, nursing and care homes, medical and dental practices, ambulance transportation and complementary medicine.

The current financial climate, combined with recent changes within The National Health Service (NHS), has influenced the health and social care sector,
The Diploma will give you the knowledge and skills you need to begin your career in this industry and ensure you’r on the right track to progression (QCF certificates are now the minimum legal requirement for staff working in the health and social care industry).

This QCF approved Health and Social Care course is delivered in a classroom environment.

If your unemployed you will have the option to undertake the level 2 or level 3
If you are employed we currently have funding for the Level 2 only

To be eligible for the course you must be over 19 unemployed and in reciept of benefits OR if employed with a valid contract of 8 hours or more
£425 for employed inclusive of registration fee (discount available for low waged income families)
