Looking to lose weight, get fit, or prepare for a competition? Whatever your goal, I have a training session tailored just for you!
My lessons combine martial art techniques with strength and conditioning exercises, and there is a strong emphasis on fitness. As one of my students, you will have full use of thai-pads, resistance bands, and weight equipment and will be guided personally by me as you work-out.

Any good exercise programme requires good nutrition, and I will be on hand to offer practical advice on diet designed to complement your goals.
