Strengthen your core muscles, improve your posture and get fitter with Fitness Pilates!
This is a class which focuses on stabilising the deep muscles of the torso and improving the flexibility of the muscles around the spine. The class is taught by qualified fitness instructor and sports massage therapist, Zoe Wilcox.
Venue: Mill Road Baptist Church Centre (entrance on Stockwell St)
Participants will be required to fill in a health questionnaire prior to the start of the class. Attendance is on a drop-in basis, so please feel free to attend when you can.
