Building your Ideal Private Practice
A one-day CPD workshop with Jude Higgins.

In this recessionary climate, many therapists believe it’s impossible to build a private practice that will provide a decent living income. In this workshop, Jude will show you how to harness your skills and draw on all the resources that will build your practice. She will help you banish your doubts about success, focus your energy, and generally feel encouraged. The workshop is suitable both for therapists newly starting out in private practice as well as qualified therapists who need an energy boost.

Jude Higgins had a successful private practice as a Gestalt Psychotherapist, Trainer and Supervisor from 1986-2011. For several years, she ran a year long monthly group for therapists to help build their practices and has talked on the subject at Bristol Psychotherapy Association. She was chair of CAPPP (Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Private Practice) from 2006-2009. Now retired as a psychotherapist, she mentors therapists and writers and is studying for an MA in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University. In 2009, with her colleague Alex Wilson, she set up Writing Events Bath, now a thriving business running creative writing events and workshops in cafes, bookshops and other venues in Bath.
