Hula hooping used to be thought of as a child's toy but now with our adult size dance and fitness hula hoops, you can play too!
An Amima hoop class provides quality instruction in a fun environment, where you will have an inspiring workout, strengthen your core, build stamina and laugh with your friends.

Beginner and intermediate classes starting 30th August 2012
6 week course (one evening a week) £35

Classes will take place at wensum junior school, Norwich, Norfolk

Hoops are available for use in class and also available for purchase starting at £11
