Itinerary:

Day 1 (21st June)
Transfer from Malta International airport to our hotel in Sliema, Malta.

Day 2 (22nd June)
A Full Day Tour of Malta.

What better way to spend your first day here than taking a guided tour around the Island? Our tour explores the old, former capital city of Mdina, a fine example of a European walled city and renowned for its atmospheric blend of historic architecture. You might opt to take a boat trip to the magical Blue Grotto, a natural sea cave that is often compared with (and named after) the Grotta Azzuzza on Italy's Isle of Capri. Lunch will be provided. In the evening we visit one of Sliema’s delightful restaurants to relax and reflect upon the day’s events over a fine meal.

Day 3 (23rd June)
A free day to relax and explore.

This is time to spend at your own chosen pace. Those who prefer to bask by the pool, visit the beach, or sample the local rhythms of life from the fine vantage point of the promenade share Malta's rejuvenating sunshine and attractive landscape with the avid walker and the water-sports enthusiast.

Day 4 (24th June)
A full day trip to the neighbouring Island of Gozo.

Day 5 (25th June)
A free day to relax and explore.

Why not venture further along the coastline to the neighbouring resort of St Julian’s? Once a modest fishing village, this has now become a much loved holiday location. Visitors to St Julian’s should not miss paying a visit to Spinola Palace and its wonderful gardens.

Day 6 (26th June)
A free day to relax and explore. You might opt to take to the sea on a boat cruise to Comino and the beautiful tranquillity of the fabled Blue Lagoon.

Day 7 (27th June)
A free day to relax, explore or perhaps re-trace your steps to a favourite place.

You may choose to visit Valetta, the island’s capital, for a taste of stylish shopping on cosmopolitan Republic Street. If a more traditional shopping experience is more to your taste, you may prefer a stroll down Merchant’s Street, home of Valetta’s traditional market, for a rewarding rummage and browse through the bric-a-brac of genuine Maltese curios, souvenirs and delicacies.

Day 8 (28th June)
Transfer to the airport for our return flight home.
