The first consultation is free with no pressure to buy. We will assess your fitness goals (if you don't know what they are we can help in setting your goals), step on the scale and have your body fat and muscle mass measured. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Then we will have a small fitness assessment to see where you are at. It may sound scary, but this is all done in a friendly environment with no pressure at all.
Each Personal Training session can last half an hour or an hour. These sessions can be based outside in the fresh air, in your home or even at your work. I can travel to anywhere in Edinburgh and the Lothians. Personal training sessions include nutritional advice and healthy eating plans.
