Weekend ourdoor&indoor one-on-one Boxing, Fitness, Kick-boxing, Taekwondo personal training / training partner.

Experienced martial art practitioner with years of martial art training experience, helping you to improve your martial art techniques (or even learn from scratch!) or fitness level tailored to your needs.

Speciality:

* Boxing - Learn boxing from a very technical angle including technical and reflex drills to ACTUALLY learn boxing and sparring. Speed reflexes and learn how to strike quick and accurate, learn how to dodge attacks effectively.

* Taekwondo - What Taekwondo does the best is to help you to improve your agility, reflexes and of course, kicking skills. With constant floating steps training along with kicking practices, experience what does it REALLY mean by "move like a butterfly, sting like a bee".

Things you will benefit from the personal training sessions: weight loss, body toning, physical conditioning and mental strengthening, combat awareness and self-defense.

ALL TRAINING EQUIPMENT ARE PROVIDED which include boxing gloves, helmets, focus pads, Muay Thai kick pads, elastic band, Taekwondo kick pads, interval timer, etc.

Training sessions are held at Holland Park, Hyde Park or Green Park, home visits are also available - if you have a medium to large size room, house, garden or back yard, it is perfectly enough for practicing boxing or martial arts in the evening during weekdays.

Price: £20 per hour (location outside of zone 3 will be £25 per hour); first trial session only £10 per hour. Extra FREE time outside of your paid hours will be added from time to time, to make sure that you can the best value and make the most of each training session. All equipment are provided, only need you to come with sports outfit and trainers.
