Volkswagen T25 Devon Eurovette camper - 2 berth (£5,000)
1986 Volkswagen T25 Campervan - very rare Devon Eurovette conversion - C Reg, 124,200 miles

I've had the camper for about 18mths. I swore it would be a keeper but due to a new business and a wedding I need the money and it's just not getting the use it deserves.

The speakers - I left it at a car entertainment place and was under the impression they would be fitting 6X9s flush to the carpeted sides...apparently not!! They can be easily removed but the sound is good and I haven't bashed my head off them when lying in bed!

In addition to the above, I have included a picture of the spreadsheet I kept of what I spent on the van.
The most noteworthy, I guess, is the bodywork I had done in February of this year - two new cab steps fitted and painted and rear offside arch fitted and painted. The finish is fantastic and the bodywork (and undercarriage) is in exceptional condition for the age of the van.
There is a rust bubble appearing on the front offside arch (pic included) which I would have replaced if I were keeping the van. If that was fixed it would be immaculate externally.

It drives perfectly - slow but perfectly! I had the gear linkage rebuilt and the gearbox feels fantastic. The engine runs very well, starts first time every time even through the winter. It needs a bit of love until it's warmed up, but nothing unusual for the age of vehicle.

There are a few minor issues which I want to point out, I reckon £600 or so (including the front arch) would have this van absolutely perfect.
Front arch rust bubble
Seal on top side window (pictured) is perishing and is leaking - there was a 'gutter' above this window which stopped the rain coming in but it blew off on the motorway somewhere! I have duct taped it if it's been out in the wet weather.
There seems to be a leak somewhere around the sunroof - very minor and I only noticed it dripping once in VERY wet weather, another seal would sort it out.

Internally, there is wear to the drivers headrest but otherwise the upholstery is in fantastic condition for it's age.

ETA: Sale also includes a full set of eight Thermo window covers - every window except the skylight/sunroof...which are probably the most important in winter but hey! There is also a Regatta Windbreak included and couple of camping really is ready to rock.

I think that's about everything - any questions at all please let me know - I think I know everything there is to know about this camper and will answer any questions as honestly as possible, I just want him to go to a good home.

Van is located in SE4, London - I work from home so viewings welcome at any time subject to prior arrangement. I am on the phone a lot during the day for work so if I don't answer please just leave a message and I'll call you back.
