Weve used this caravan for many short breaks as well as some week long holidays and music festivals and always tried to keep it clean and tidy.

The last outing was in Spring this year where it performed great as usual. Ive tested everything within and basically its all working see below for full list.

The caravan has 2 bench seats at the front which can be converted to a double bed or used as 2 singles. The kitchen area is central and the wash/shower room is at the rear. There is enough space for a toilet (though one is not included) and washroom is partitioned off with a sliding door. There is a shower with sufficient space for adults to wash.

Included is an awning, which is in good condition and water-tight. This affixes to the side of the caravan and gives loads of space,

I replaced the tyres on both wheels in 2007.

The caravan had a brand new 100ah Lucas leisure battery fitted in 2010 which is working perfectly.

I have all the original instructions for the caravan itself and the appliances within.

As youd expect for a van of this age and usage, there is a degree of wear and tear. The soft furnishings have faded a little over the years of exposure to the sun but are nevertheless complete, clean and ready to use. All covers can be removed and washed. The veneer on the front drawer unit has bubbled up, faded and peeled which Ive tried to show in the photo. The exterior of the van has various marks, scuffs and spots consistent with its age. There is a small amount of damage to the offside rear awning rail and plastic trim but this is trivial. The roof has quite a number of blotches which I think is tree sap. Mostly they are on the top out of sight.

The caravan does have some damp. All of them this age do as far as I can tell, but Id rather be honest about it that try to hide it like some do! Though its not really visible there are some soft areas consistent with damp on the inner surfaces, mostly towards the rear it seems. The floor has a springy area towards the centre. I dont have the know-how to try and repair this unfortunately. This has not stopped us using the caravan many, many times though.

The caravan tows well and the brakes seem to work fine and pull evenly. All the road lights work fine including front markers, side and rear indicators, rear stop and tail, number plate and fog lights.

240v hook-up cable reel and internal 240v system (2 plugs and trip-switch unit) - working
Various items of cutlery and crockery
Locking front locker and main door including keys.
