We have owned (non smokers) this van for 3 years , (only 1 previous owner) and are reluctantly selling as we are giving up touring. Its a spacious, airy caravan in excellent condition. It has been Criss registered and serviced annually.
The van comprises of fixed end bed and vanity sink/dressing area. Thetford cassette toilet with electric flush, swivel action and shower cubicle. There is ample storage throughout the bedroom area.

Kitchen with extractor fan, Stoves cooker 3 gas rings and 1 electric ring, seperate gas grill and oven. Thetford fridge with seperate freezer compartment. Dual fuel & blown air Truma heater with large wardrobe above it.

Lounge area which converts into a large double bed or can be used as 2 single beds. Smoke alarm. Large sky light in lounge and above fixed bed. CD/Radio. Removable carpets throughout. Loads of storage space throughout the van. There are 3 electric sockets throughout the van and 2 TV aerial sockets.

Outside the van there is an external electric socket and gas hook up. Perfect for connecting a gas bbq.
