Occupying an approximate 100 square metre plot and set within 18 acres of beautiful pine and eucalyptus forest, each home is well constructed on a sturdy galvanized chasis with a galvanized steel roof, enameled in colour to blend in perfectly with the surroundings. Walls and doors are reinforced for added security, have thermal and acoustic insulation throughout (including floors and pipework) and PVC double glazing comes as standard. Air-conditioning is an optional extra.

Your property, which has a pitched ceiling, is fully-fitted throughout, including lighting, electric sockets, pre-installation of TV aerial (receiving UK stations), wooden bed bases, sprung mattresses, a fold out occasional bed, ergonomic built-in wardrobes and fitted kitchen and bathroom appliances. These are top-class finished units, with no compromises.

Your property comes fully-furnished, with sofas, beds,mattresses, wooden tables and chairs, floor and wall units and cupboards, pluscurtains and blinds throughout. In the kitchen there's a gas hob with protective tempered glass, stainless steel sink with drainer.
