Here for sale (sadly) is my Mazda Bongo 1996 2.5 Diesel Auto.
If you know a little about the spec of these amazing versatile vans then you will understand that I may miss a few things out on the following list but here goes...
Dual front and rear climate control, electric top roof holding dual birth, tinted windows,
power steering, electric windows, electric folding blinds, curtains front and rear, tax and mot,
tv Ariel, electric folding mirrors, cat 1 alarm and immobilizer (with certificate for cheaper insurance), remote control central locking, dvd head unit with sliding 7" tft screen (optional ports for extra tv in rear and rear view camera, also with remote), now with body colored bumpers, alloy wheels, sliding door electrically assisted, ABS, Dual Air bags etc etc
Now for the campervan conversion details...
This conversion was made by JAL conversions Ltd (expensive to say the least). Standing 4 seats that slide out to complete a double birth with memory foam padding and a red velvet lining, Loads of storage under each seat. All wood is of a top quality carbon fiber effect, floor carpet is grey and of the hard wearing type used in schools, which is underlined with warm insulation, beneath that is a solid base of hard wood, a folding table that clips onto the main unit (easily stowed away). Large double wardrobe, additional cupboard with shelves, clean water and waste water stored away, includes gas bottle, over cooker unit cupboards, a smeg sink with water pump, 2 burner brushed steel cooker, 12 volt compressor fridge/freezer (these are 500 pounds!), ZIG 9 electrical control unit with an external power hook up ( 25 mtr external hook up cable included), very large camper tent and ground sheet built for the bongo with an internal double berth tent compartment. The van has an addition large leisure batter to power your bits and bobs whilst away etc etc
So why am I only asking 5999 for a van that is potentially worth much more (up to 9000 pounds) well mechanically she is fine, I have no hesitance in taking her on a massive 500 mile journey. and have done. Well, the body work is not perfect, there are some small dents and a little rust under a rear arch (most bongos have). Also the rear light lenses are cracked. I'm selling at this price because I know she isn't perfect outside and with the winter coming forth it will give someone the chance to polish her up and increase the value over the winter.
If you have done your research you will know that these vans go for much more than I'm asking so with that said there is little movement in the asking price. Im happy to supply more pics and info just give me a call. Tony 07540545653
