Caravan Is Thoroughly Cleaned And I Take Pride In Keeping It In A Clean Tidy Manner So That Guests Can Unpack And Enjoy The Holiday Straight Away. All Electrical And Gas Equipment Is Safety Tested. Living Area Is Spacious With Relaxing Chairs And A Leather Sofabed With A Cosy Homely Feel.

The Caravan Is Situated In A Quiet Area Of The Park. It Is Also Classed As An Accessible Static Due To Wide Sliding Doors. The Kitchen Sink, Hand Basin And Toilet Are Wheelchair Friendly, The Walk-in Shower Has A Moulded Seat With Hand Rails. The Double Bedroom Has Plenty Of Room At The Door Side For Any Mobility Equipment.

A Portable Ramp Is Available Upon Request For Access Into The Caravan Via Double Doors, Steps Upto Both Single And Double Doors Are In Situ At Present.

The Caravan Is Strictly No Smoking, No Crayons Or Felt Tips And Is Pet Free (exception Of Guide Dogs Only). Bonds Will NOT Be Refunded Should Animals Be Taken Into The Caravan Due To My Daughter Being Allergic!

Bookings Accepted From Hirer Of 21 Years Of Age And Above. Hirer Is Responsible For All Party On Booking Form. No Additional Guests Or Visitors. As The Caravan Is Let In A Clean And Tidy Manner, We Ask That You Respect This And Leave It In The Manner In Which You Found It. All Damages And Breakages Must Be Paid For. Due To Previous Holiday Makers Unwilling To Pay For Broken Items, A Deposit Of £100.00 Is To Be Paid In Advance Of Which £50 Will Be Refunded Back After The Caravan Has Been Vacated And Inspected.

Park Entertainment Passes Are Also Included. The Price Listed Is For The Holiday Deposit/bond Only, Of Which £50 Will Be Discounted From The Total. Balance To Be Paid Six (6) Weeks Before Commencement Of Holiday. Payment By Cheque, Postal Order Or Paypal.
