We are very reluctant to sell our caravan but due to a change in circumstances we have to let it go. The caravan has been very well looked after and cleaned thoroughly after every trip away. It had a full service April 2011 at a reputable dealership. It is in excellent condition throughout and comes with many extras. The caravan is ready to go so can be collected and taken straight away for your first weekend trip.
It has a seating area at the front with a small expandable table with 3 drawers underneath. There is a larger table included to cater for larger families. Further seating for two is located in the middle section where there is another table. All seating areas have lots of storage underneath.
The caravan sleeps six. Two single beds or a large double at the front of the van which can be prepared in less than 2 minutes. There are two fixed bunks at the rear of the caravan and a further two bunks located where the table is in the mid-section. More storage is located under the bunks beds at the rear. There is a removable ladder to give access to the top bunks.
The bathroom has a removable cassette toilet, sink and shower with hot and cold water. We have never used the shower. There is storage underneath the sink and also a shelf for toiletries etc. Located beside the toilet is a large cupboard for hanging clothes. Underneath this cupboard is located the heating system.
A gas hob, grill and oven provide cooking facilities and storage for pots and pans etc can be found under the oven. There are two cupboards located beside the oven allowing ample storage for food, cooking utensils and cleaning products. A large fridge is located opposite and incorporates a small freezer section.
There are cupboards at head height almost all the way around the caravan giving masses of storage. The water heating, fridge and heating all have the option of using gas, mains or battery power. There are lots of lights and spotlights located throughout the caravan. There are three power sockets and a TV Ariel outlet conveniently located. A large roof light allows lots of light into the caravan and a further two skylights allowing ventilation. Blinds and fly screens throughout.
The caravan has a power mover fitted with radio control. There is a large awning that was purchased July 2011 and has only been used twice so is in brand new condition. Clean and waste water hogs, 2 gas bottles, spare tyre, wheel Clamp clothes dryer, plate set and digital TV receiver and satellite dish.
