Avondale 2 Birth Caravan

This has just been used to go away in for times in the last few years.

Never been any bother.

12v & 24v Plugs
Lights are all in working order.
Fridge with a little freezer compartment inside all in working order.
Oven with grille and gas hobs all in working order.
Heater was in working order last time it was used same goes for the hot water.
Plenty of storage space.

Shower room all clean. Shower is all in working order. Please note there is no toilet in there.

Worktops all in good condition.
Curtains just got a little wear.

To be honest this is a tidy little caravan and is great for little trips away.
