For sale is our beloved 4 berth caravan which has fallen victim to the dreaded damp, due to neglect from previous owners!

The caravan would make a great project for someone who is good at diy and has a bit of time to spend on it. All fixtures and fittings are in good condition and perfect working order. The cooker is like new and the fridge is working, having fitted a new element myself last year! All the lighting is working and the cushions and upholstery is in excellent condition. It also comes with an Alko stabiliser hitch!

The layout of the caravan is the seating at the front turns into a double bed and the dining area turns into bunk beds, it has an end bathroom/dressing room which has a large wardrobe, a seperate shower cubicle and a thetford casette toilet!

In a dry condition this caravan would retail at around £3000 privately and even more on a forecourt, it is good size but is light and easy to tow!
