I am an experienced digital artist and graphic designer based in Leeds with over 20 years experience within the art and design industry. As well as producing design work for a number of high profile clients including Aston Martin, Jaguar and Debenhams, my art and illustration work has been used successfully for many advertising campaigns and been published in books and magazines both nationally and internationally. WHAT IS DIGITAL PAINTING?
Digital painting is a modern art form in which traditional techniques such as oils and watercolours are applied using digital tools by means of a computer and digital painting tablet. The art is not produced by the computer, but by the artist using it. Paint is applied on screen using the same natural techniques used in traditional painting, colours are mixed and the image is built up gradually very much in the same way as working on canvas or paper.
PRICING
Portraits of people and pets: Each is priced at £50 per subject. Plus P&P
For celebrity and movie characters each painting is £40 plus P&P
Postage and packing for mainland UK is £5.00
ABOUT THE PRINTS
All prints are produced to A3+ size with 20mm border to allow for framing. The material is 230gsm Photo Matt high quality art paper.
Images are reproduced using Epson Claria fade resistant photographic Inks giving stunning professional colour reproduction. Each print is signed and dated.
THE ORDERING PROCESS:
SELECT YOUR PHOTOGRAPH
The preferred format of photograph would be a good quality high resolution digital photograph with emphasis on the subjects face showing as much detail as possible. Photos should be saved as a JPEG file and emailed to address on my website.
Alternatively I can accept a printed photo up to A4 size, a CD or DVD. Please email me for details.
A typical painting can take 2-3 days plus additional time for framing if required. Please supply your full contact details inc Postal address, telephone number and email address.
For celebrities or movie characters you can supply a photo reference or I can find one which you can approve before the artwork is produced.
APPROVE YOUR PAINTING
Once I have received your photograph within 3 working days I will email a digital proof for you to view.
PLACE YOUR ORDER
When you have approved your painting via email you can submit payment including the postage cost via Paypal. Payment details and invoice will be supplied by email on confirmation of final order.
DELIVERY
Artwork is shipped in 2-3 working days and is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a strong postal tube.
ADDITIONAL PRINTS
You can order additional prints at a cost of £10 each.
