I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer based in and around Arbroath Angus.
I offer personalised exercise programmes designed for you and your ability. I can train you at home; in a gym, with a friend - whatever suits you and your lifestyle. I offer nutritional advice with my packages, this consists of you keeping an honest food diary for one week and also completing a questionnaire about your lifestyle and nutritional habits. I then take this information, analyse and interpret it, and give you feedback on where your diet is right and where it needs improvement. I then give you advice on how to improve it.
