The massage treatments are therapeutic and deeply relaxing. According to your needs and preferences, massage can be performed either gently or strongly.

Applying direct pressure across the grain of your fascia and muscle will revitalise and re-balance the natural energy within you. It can reduce many common ailments such as muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression.

What are the benefits?

What is involved?
When you first come for a massage, a short assessment will be carried out. Included are general health-related questions, and areas of aches and pains. Treatment lasts about 45 minutes.
