I am a qualified Indian Head Massage practitioner and member of the Complementary Medical Association. Indian Head Massage is a massage applied to the head, neck, shoulders and face. Its very relaxing. The pressure applied can be light, medium or firm as you wish. I can use palm oil for a smoother massage so wear older clothes or a t-shirt. It contains a high level of Vitamin E so its an effective moisturiser as well. A massage lasts 40-45 minutes.

If you would like to arrange a massage then give me a phone on 07858 686627. I visit offices in your lunch hour for sessions of 30 minutes. I can also visit your home. If time is short then the sessions can be shortened to 15 minutes. Thanks. Andrew Baird
