Looking to set up my own property finding business, I am currently looking for individuals, couples or families who are looking to buy in the Newcastle area.

As I am just starting my business, I will be doing this service free of charge and at no point will be asking you for any money - all I will ask in return is a review, to help me build up awareness and a portfolio.

So, how it will work:

1) You can email me with your housing criteria, date and budget.
2) I will then spend a couple of days selecting properties that suit your criteria and arrange some viewings on your behalf.
3) Find a property you like? Great, it is now over to you to do the negotiating with the agent - however I will be there if you have any questions.
4) Don't find a property you like? Allow me to extend my search, or end the search - there is no pressure.
