Hi,

Firstly, I just want to explain the use of 'Clothes Free' in the ad title.

Apparently according to gumtree administrators the use of the English word beginning with 'N' and containng the letters 'ude' on the end is not family friendly to describe life modeling work. However, despite the commonly accepted dictionary meaning of the word it is perfectly ok to use the word to describe clothing or shoes - irony, it seems, bypasses the people at gumtree!

That said, and so as not to offend or upset any users out there (especially families) I am a clothes free/disrobed life model available to artists/photographers for life drawing or performance art projects. I'm comfortable with not having any clothes on while working with groups or individuals no matter what experience you have.

If you are unclear as to whether or not I happy to pose for you without any clothes on please email me as suggested by the gumtree administrator and I can use the offending word in my reply to make it clearer!

I work on a tfp (trade for print) basis and am happy to travel within the East Midlands area.

If you have a project or want to experiment with some ideas get in touch but please be careful on what words you use lest you incur the wrath of gumtree and are removed!!!

PS - I will be writing to galleries and museums to let them know that they should remove the offending word from any of their literature as I'm sure they have made the same mistake as me in not realising they have inadvertently upset families. Also any paintings or drawings using the word in the title should be destroyed immediately - please join me in helping gumtree in saving people from being upset by the inappropriate use of the word 'N*de'

Alternatively if you think Gumtree policies on the use of this word are absurd please feel free to post ads using the word - many get through and it will really annoy them lol!!!
