Generally i ask for 2 weeks notice on all cake orders but i can cater for those last minute "Emergencies"
I also try to meet your special dietary needs by offering cakes that are Gluten/Wheat free, dairy free, eggless, low sugar etc...No extra charge
will be added.

Rum fruit Cake

Vanilla sponge filled with raspberry or strawberry jam,vanilla buttercream

Chocolate sponge filled with chocolate ganache & rich chocolate fudge buttercream

Lemon sponge filled with either home made lemon curd & lemon buttercream or raspberry jam & fresh raspberries with lemon buttercream

Carrot cake (contains walnuts & sultanas but can be left out if preferred) and filled with orange cream cheese frosting

Coconut & raspberry cake filled with raspberry jam,fresh raspberries & coconut buttercream
Almond sponge filled with raspberry jam,flaked almonds & almond flavoured buttercream
