CARAVAN, COTTAGE OR CHALET MANAGEMENT

We offer a comprehensieve caravan management service here in Scarborough, Filey, Whitby, or Bridlington, We keyhold, Clean, Maintain, and fully manage your van, we meet and greet renters at the van, or we can collect them from the local bus or train station in a prestige vehicle, We oversee all aspects of your rentals, and provide a point of contact for both parties in the event of any difficulties.

SERVICES INCLUDE

KEYHOLDING (meeting and greeting)

free with cleaning contract

CLEANING (on departure of each renter)

from £10 per stay

LAUNDRY SERVICE

price on individual requirements

MAINTAINANCE (end of season deep clean, closure of van and water drainage, gardens or external property maintainance)

from £40 per unit per year

COLLECT AND DROP OFF ( collecting from at the start, and returning to at the end of the stay, renters to bus or rail stations)

from £15 per stay

The extent of our involvement is up to you, whatever you require we will only be too happy to provide, our rates are more than competative, and we are completely flexible, the 99p is a deposit against your first service, the money you pay on here (99p) will be deducted from any monies owed for any future services.
