Used, in perfect condition

IDEAL FOR GAMING (Call of Duty 4, NFS Undercover, GTA IV runs without any problems)
and for CAD (Computer Aided Design) 3D modelling, rendering

reason for changing it: due to my profession I needed to build a more powerful pc and there is no point keeping the one I had

All it needs to run:
DVD burner
One more HDD for storage
(obviously monitor, keyboard, mouse ... etc. this is the PC only)

NOTE: I am more than happy to install the dvd burner and hdd in case you don't know how to do it yourself for an extra 10 quids.
