Large Single Room availalbe from 24 November 2009 (£375 pcm)
A lovely big single room available 24 Novemmber 2009 in an all girly house (age from mid 20's to late 30's).
The room has two large big windows looking out onto the front road, 2 wardbroads with enough hanging and packing space, a bookcase for all your books and cds, a double bed in good condition with a healthy matress, two small tables to work on and a lovely relaxing chair.
You will be sharing with 4 other girls different nationalities (Chinese, Spanish and Thaiwanese). They are friendly and always up for a friendly chat, but never invading your private space. You will share bathroom/toilet and a good enough size kitchen.
The house is located very near to various transport connections for easy entry into Central London: Hendon Railway (Thameslink) station is less then 5 min walk from the house; busroutes into central London and to Brent Cross Shopping centre; Hendon Central Station (Northern Line) is 3 bustops away or a 15 min walk away from the house.
Walking distance or 2 - 3 busstops away from either: BrentCross shoping Centre and Sainsburys.
The house is clean everybody contributes to the cleanliness and hygiene in the house. The landlord is friendly and very quick to respond to any problems we might have and quick to fix problems.
The house is well suited with cutleries, pots and pans, plates and cups but you are more then welcome to use your own. Washing machine availalbe for all to use.
