Me and my partner are looking for a spacious studio flat/bed sit in Bushey or 5 miles out of Bushey. We both work full time and are in our twenties, due to relocation of work etc we are in urgent need of accomodation. We would like a quiet area with local amenties but would consider anything offered to us.
We are clean and tidy, i am a bit of a clean freak so we would look after the property and if it needed decorating we would make it nice and homely. We are looking for a long term rental and make a home for ourselves whilst saving for a few years to join the property ladder.
We are reliable with rent and are looking to pay max. £150p/wk which if inc bills would be great but if not thats fine.
We would like something with nice scenery and possibly a garden but this is not a neccessity to us.
I work for as within an office and my partner works within the automotive industry, we don't drink, we do smoke but would smoke outside if that was a problem, we are very quiet and homely. We work hard so when we finish work we tend to stay in and weekends we spend time together.
I dont want any agencies just a private landlord with a tenancy agreement and hope the property is of a high standard for rental.
