Back of house Team Leader need – New concept

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Junior Kitchen manager or Kitchen Team leader in this brand new concept in South East London.

This is a brand new concept opening in Catford, offering a new twist on a traditional operation.

The menu is a simple but effective one offering good value fayre and will need to be produced to company specification with in a demanding time scale.

As Back of house Team leader/Junior Kitchen manager you must have the appropriate interpersonal skills to deal with a number of different individuals, be energetic, enthusiastic and have the ability to see tasks through to their end. You must have a full understanding of the legal food safety, company and operational procedures that impact on their department. Have had experience/exposure to a high volume branded kitchen and have some experience with stock and ordering.
