Administrator position in international company

Reporting to: The administrator will be reporting to the general manager, other members of sales department.


Responsibility for others:

Other members of staff should be able to rely on the administrator to deliver accurate order confirmations, updated customer details and make sure that deliveries are run smoothly by liaising with our warehouse and our factory.


Overall purpose of the job:

the administrator within our company is a crucial team player who must be:

able to work under pressure
Perform in this very fast international and national environment.
Strong team player who can also take their own initiatives

Very strong organisational skills:

to handle a large number of orders from new and existing customers,
enter all customer details onto our database – Sage and Oracle
liaise with the factory to make sure orders are entered onto our database as well as theirs
liaise with our warehouse to track deliveries that have been delivered to the uk
make sure those are delivered on time
after delivery customer care- call up customers to get customer service feedback.

to ensure the smooth running of deliveries
to enter customer details onto sage and oracle
to make and provide for other members of staff order confirmations
to liaise constantly with our factory to track delivery times
to organise orders after wholesale shows and make sure that our factory has all of them
to be proficient with general office admin tasks
answering the phone and helping customers with any queries they might have regarding the deliveries
