The Company:

Our client is one of the industry’s leading independent film distributors.

The Role:

You will be working on a cool, home entertainment brand, specifically targeting a young, male audience. You will manage all aspects of running the label:

• Conceive and deliver creative marketing campaigns
• Produce advertising creative across TV, Radio, Print, Online and Outdoor
• Forecast Sales, maintain budgets and monitor all costs & revenue
• Develop innovative PR stunts
• Manage key relationships with licensors
• Identify and manage promotional partnerships

The Person:

You will have significant - and relevant - label & brand management experience within Home Entertainment distribution.

You must also demonstrate the following key skills:

• The ability to conceptualise and execute creative above and below-the-line trade and consumer marketing campaigns
• Experience of forecasting sales, and managing budgets
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage workload
• Strong relationship management experience
• Exceptional proofing and copy writing skills
• Experience of PR strategy and idea generation (including innovative PR stunts)
• The ability to plan, timetable and execute Home Entertainment department administrational processes
• Promotional partnership acquisition and management
• Ability to develop and manage relationships with media, key agencies, suppliers and customers
• Direct marketing experience

The Rewards:

A salary of circa £30k plus benefits is available to the successful candidate.
