This 5* award winning hotel is currrently seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join its Banqueting kitchen brigade.
They are also seeking a Night Chef to service staff and guests with room service.

The successful candidates will have proven experience within 4/5* hotels, possess the relevant trade qualifications, passion for food and an eye for detail. Also a flexible attitude and enthusiastic person for this exciting role.

Position involves working various shifts on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7.
Night Chef involves straight shifts, usually 11pm until 7am.
